The Gift Card is the perfect gift for friends, family or business associates. Treat someone to a weekend away, a special dinner, a relaxing spa treatment or a round of golf.

Transactions will be processed and, if applicable, orders will be shipped or sent via email (e.g., value documents) within 14 working days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of certain merchandise items. Estimated delivery times are shown on the order confirmation email. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We regret that delivery cannot be made to a PO box address and merchant assumes no liability for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient, customs issues or force majeure.   • Ritz-Carlton Gift Cards may be used at Ritz-Carlton hotels and resorts worldwide. This excludes all partner hotels: Ritz-Carlton, Montréal, The Ritz London, Hotel Ritz Madrid, and Bulgari Hotels and Resorts.

  • The Gift Card can be used for full or part payment as long as the value is not redeemed

  • Card carries no value until activated

  • Card is not redeemable for cash in any amount except when otherwise required by applicable law

  • Card may not be used for deposit, advance purchase or to secure or confirm a reservation

  • Each transaction will be debited against card balance, if transaction exceeds balance, user must pay the difference

  • This card does not expire

  • Return Policy:
    Unused products can be returned in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Products returned thereafter can no longer be considered for refund or exchange nor can points be refunded unless specified otherwise. In order to return your reward, please contact the merchant through the contact details displayed in your order confirmation notification to declare return and have your points or points and cash (only if applicable) refunded. In case of physically damaged products shipped via UPS, FedEx, or other courier services, you may refuse delivery. Any damage found after opening your packages and examining the merchandise should be reported to the relevant courier service and merchant within 48 hours after delivery in order to start the replacement or repair process. If you receive damaged merchandise, always keep the shipping cartons and documents until your claim has been acknowledged and settled.
