Transactions will be processed and, if applicable, orders will be shipped or sent via email (e.g., value documents) within 14 working days. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of certain merchandise items. Estimated delivery times are shown on the order confirmation email. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We regret that delivery cannot be made to a PO box address and merchant assumes no liability for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, absence of the recipient, customs issues or force majeure.   • Upon redemption, the Gift Card will be delivered by courier mail to the address provided by the customer

  • Gift Cards and eGift Cards are redeemable against any direct hotel charges at hotels or resorts managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts at time of redemption. Please note that services or facilities (such as golf courses and spas) at some hotels and resorts are available only to in-house guests

  • If redeemed at a hotel/resort where local currency is other than US dollars, the hotel's/resort's current exchange rate will be used to calculate credit

  • Gift Cards may be combined with other forms of payment

  • Guest charges in excess of the card's stored value may be settled with cash or major credit card

  • Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash and have no value unless redeemed

  • Four Seasons is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. When notified that a Gift Card has been lost or stolen, the card's existing balance will be frozen and a replacement card will be issued for that amount. Prior to notification, any use of the card is at your risk

  • Return Policy:
    Unused products can be returned in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Products returned thereafter can no longer be considered for refund or exchange nor can points be refunded unless specified otherwise. In order to return your reward, please contact the merchant through the contact details displayed in your order confirmation notification to declare return and have your points or points and cash (only if applicable) refunded. In case of physically damaged products shipped via UPS, FedEx, or other courier services, you may refuse delivery. Any damage found after opening your packages and examining the merchandise should be reported to the relevant courier service and merchant within 48 hours after delivery in order to start the replacement or repair process. If you receive damaged merchandise, always keep the shipping cartons and documents until your claim has been acknowledged and settled.
